মানবিক কূটনীতিতে বাংলাদেশের সাফল্য

মানবিক কূটনীতিতে বাংলাদেশের সাফল্য গনপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশের সুযোগ্য, মাদার অব হিউমিনিটি খ্যাত প্রধান মন্ত্রী শেখ হাসিনার নেতৃত্বে ব্যাপক সফলতা অর্জন করেছে যা সারা বিশ্বের জাতী সমৃদ্ধের নিকট দৃষ্টান্তসরূপ অর্জন। বহুল আলোচিত মিয়ানমারের রাখাইন রাজ্যে সংখ্যা রোহিঙ্গা মুসলমানদের নিয়ে সৃষ্ট সংকট নিরসনে বাংলাদেশ সরকারের অবদানই বাংলাদেশকে মানবিক কূটনীতিতে সফলতা এনে দিয়েছে।

 মিয়ানমারের রাখাইনে রোহিঙ্গাদের ২১৬টি গ্রাম সম্পূর্ণভাবে অংস করা হয়েছে। এই সকল শতাংশ করেছে। বিশ্বরাইদের স্বাস্থ্য ও চিকিৎসা সেবায় নিয়োজিত আন্তর্জাতিক সংগঠনের তথ্যমতে মিয়ানমারের বাহার ৭০০ রোহিঙ্গাকে হত্যা করেছে। নির্ধ নির্যাতন এড়ানোর জন্য বাংলাদেশে অনুপ্রে করে। জাতিসংঘের তথ্যানুযায়ী, বাংলাদেশে সাড়ে হয় লক্ষাধিক রোহিঙ্গা প্রবেশ করে।

 বাংলাদেশের ভূমতে রোহিঙ্গ জনগোষ্ঠী অনুপ্রবেশের ফলে সার্বিক পরিস্থিতি ও আইনশৃঙ্খলা পর্যবেক্ষণের জন্য ১০ই সেপ্টেম্বর ২০১৭ সালে বাংলাদেশ কারালয়ের জননিরাপত্তা বিভাগে রোহিঙ্গা সেল গঠন করে। ১১ই সেপ্টেম্বর ২০১৭ তারিখ হতে রোহিঙ্গা সরার্থীদের বায়োমেট্রিক নিবন্ধন করা হয়। 

রোহিঙ্গা সংকট নিরসনে ২২ সেপ্টেম্বর ২০১৭ বাংলাদেশের প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেখ হাসিনা নিউইয়র্কে জাতিসংঘ সদর দফতরে সাধারণ পরিষদের ৭২তম অধিবেশন ভাষণে রোহিঙ্গা সমস্যা সমাধানের স্থায়ী ও দ্রুত উদ্যোগ গ্রহণে জাতিসংঘ এবং আন্ত জাতি সম্প্রদায়ের প্রতি আহলান জানান। এই লক্ষ্যে তিনি ৫টি প্রস্তাব পেশ করেন। এগুলো হলোঃ

 ০১. অনতিবিলম্বে ও চিরতরে মিয়ানমারের সহিংসতা নিঃশর্তে বন্ধ করা। 

০২. মিয়ানমারে জাতিসংঘের নিজস্ব অনুসন্ধান দল পাঠানো।

 ০৩. মিয়ানমারের ভেতরে জাতিসংঘের তত্ত্বাবধানে সুরক্ষাবলয় গড়ে তোলা। 

০৪. রাখাইন রাজ্য থেকে তাড়িয়ে দেয়া সব রোহিঙ্গাকে মিয়ানমারে তাদের নিজেদের বাড়িতে পুনর্বাসন নিশ্চিত করা। 

০৫. অতি অপস কমিশনের সুপারিশমালা নিঃশর্ত ও দ্রুত বাস্তবায়ন নিশ্চিত করা। 

Youthquake 

Youthquake can be defined as a significant cultural, political or social change arising from the actions or influence of young people.

 In other words, youthquake is one kind of shift in cultural norms influenced by the values, testes and mores of young people. The modern age is greatly influenced by the young people. Their tastes, trends, style, vogue etc are peculiar in nature but these influences are so popular that it besets all the periphery of the world. Each and every young people may not be looked similar to one another but their passions, styles. way of thinking are perfectly similar no matter how far they dwell in. Their vibration creates revolution, upheaval and changes the styles of life. 

Youths are entitled with much vigor. On account of this, young people are considered to be the vital workforce of a country. This young workforce is very productive as well. If the government of a country utilizes this young generation for the development purpose, undoubtedly the government will be able to transform the nation into heaven. So by the touch of young generation, change is possible in every where in the world. Young people by the dint of their quality have a great influence on making anything and everything epoch.

 World famous poet Rabindranath Tagore also announced the role of young people over the old and anarchy. He described young as a change maker. We also see in the world politics that young are the driving force of any revolution. Revolution does not occur readily, it is to be occurred. And young people are the main force of change maker.
